Creative Cloud does not create a cloud folder

Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.
Run the folowing command in a terminal window:

Mac

$ rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix

Windows

C:> del %APPDATA%\Adobe\CoreSync\options.tix

Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.
